Anything like the old 3.5 "Frostburn" book?

Frostburn was a splatbook for cold and Arctic climates. Is there anything Pathfinder, whether Paizo or 3PP, that's remotely equivalent?

I'm using Frostburn in Pathfinder just fine.

Maybe this?

@Gorbacz, the Paizo store doesn't sell it. I'm sure I could hunt down a copy on eBay if I were motivated enough.

@Zaister, I saw that, but it looks more like settings + character classes rather than a set of environmental rules and encounters.

To be clear: I have an ongoing Kingmaker campaign, and I'm ruling that winters are long, cold and snowy. So I'm looking for rules, encounters, and plot hooks to drop into that half of the year.

You could look at The Witchwar Legacy. It's high level and set in the magically brutal unending winter of Irrisen, so you might want to tone down some of the effects for lower-level play.
