New Hardback Idea

Homebrew and House Rules

I would love to see a new book dedicated to nothing but:

1. Optional Class Powers.

2. Archtypes for all classes.

3. Prestige Classes for all classes.

This could give all of us a wealth of options for our characters who are after all the main attraction of the stories we weave. APG did all three of these and more, but a book dedicated to just these three topics would be awesome!

Also a book dedicated to just magic items would be nice.

Have you commented in the Pathfinder RPG in Three Years (POLL) thread?

The APG, UM, and UC are not enough for you?

Honestly, I can't keep up with all these character options. Some people will chide me for being all "OMG Paizo stop making books"

That's not how it is.

I want some rulebooks that contain something other than character options as its basis. Containing character options is fine, but please, there are SO MANY cool book ideas that deserve some attention. We've had three hardcovers in rapid succession dedicated to character options, it's time for a break while we explore other concepts.

A big awesome book of gear and treasure that has a usable retake on treasure generation would make me open my wallet. The book described in the OP would not.

I will agree with you, although I know the Paizo thought process was to get the cool character options out first and then move on to other things. Like Pathfinder in Space/Ray Guns.:) (Epic and Psionics as well)

I'll even add that if they do make a book like the OP asks for, it will probably be great. Despite my bellyaching, there's stuff in UM that I'm itching to use.

It just isn't what I want them to make. I'm selfish. I can admit that.

Well exactly, I can pretty much guarantee I will buy the August release, whatever it is.

I just would like a cool Sci-fi/fantasy crossover book, and a Numeria AP to go with it.

I posted my thoughts on just such a subject a few days ago. It was moved to the AP boards though and kind of died. But if you want a numeria AP with RPG/setting material to support it I recommend you take a look at this Thread and voice your feelings. The more people that support the idea the more likely it is to be made.
