All of the top level bookmarks in the PDF are pointing to the front cover instead of their appropriate section. Anyone else having this issue?
All of mine go to the front cover.
That is pretty annoying. Didn't notice it until you pointed it out.

EDIT: You should be receiving notification that the PDF has been updated fairly soon.
Hi, I got the email a few hours ago.
Just downloaded the single file version at 6ish Hawaii time. The top level bookmarks are no longer linked to the cover, but they aren't going to the correct place either.
For example the Urgathoa top link goes to page 69 instead of 66.
I sincerely apologize for the back and forth nature of this. The PDF has been updated and if you redownload, all bookmarks are now corrected.
