Do v3.5 Monster Templates need modifications for Pathfinder?

Do v3.5 Monster Templates need modifications for Pathfinder? I have a lot of 3rd party v3.5 monster template books and I'd love to know if they need any tweaking for Pathfinder. How do you make a template Pathfinder compatible?

Do you have the Bestiary for Pathfinder? Inside is a great template and how to make monsters etc. There are a few tweaks for monsters of 2.5

Nah, unless those 3pp templates are broken, which most are. Templates work just fine.

Paizo actually uses Green Ronin's Advanced Bestiary a whole lot in their adventures. It's a great book, and largely usable without much tweaking.

The only issue is undead. Templates that turn living creatures into undead and also give them a Charisma penalty are probably going to give you monsters that are too weak for their listed CR.
