Rich Baker's "Ebon Mirror": Any conversions?

"The Ebon Mirror" was a journeyman work by Keith Baker, who would go on a year or two later to design Eberron. It's pure high concept: the PCs end up in a demiplane that's a "mirror universe". Alignments are reversed, magic works backwards, and races are their twisted opposites (kindly orcs, gentle ogres, savage elves, etc.). Simple but powerful.

I'm very fond of this, and planning to run my PCs through it soon. Does anyone know of a conversion?

Rerunning this, I saw a number of flaws and problems that I missed the first time. The nature of the mirror-universe is fuzzy; it's not a complete universe, but is it some sort of demiplane, or what? You can carry stuff in and out of it, so it's not All Just A Dream.

The village encounter is kinda dull, enlivened only by the assassin attack.

The antisphinx is a stupid idea and a major time-sink. Better to ignore it and go straight to the chess players.

That said, there's still a huge amount of goodness here. The reversed magic is a blast. The reversed monsters are a hoot. And the climax -- where the PCs face the Mirror Universe versions of themselves -- is just great.

Still recommended, though it does need work.
