I have ran into a problem where I am reporting PFS games into the database and the whole Paizo website just seems to hangup for 30-60 seconds and just goes unresponsive. I can open new tabs to any other website and all works fine.
After some "X" amount of time the Paizo website is working and I try to report the games and the hang up happens again.
This "feature" doesn't happen every time but it is enough to where it can get rather annoying.
Is it something I am doing or is Russ not feeding the hamsters that maintain the website?

You're not doing anything wrong. There's a bug that we're trying to track down that can cause this. Every time we find one of these bugs, I think "aha! finally now the site will be perfect forever and ever." But there's always another one.
