How did I not notice that we can clear dots and X new now?

Holy stealth update.

Go into focus mode at the top of the main forum page. The little circle with the line on it at the far right clears dots and x new from a post. THIS IS FANTASTIC. APPLAUSE, MR. TETER.

Now, if only there were a way of making that a checkbox instead of a click...it's going to take like 300 clicks (with waiting for server refresh, too) to clear all the threads I don't want dots or X new on. Still, APPLAUSE.

We plan on making that feature not force a refresh of the entire page at some point. But there are other things ahead of that in the todo list.

I've just got the hang of the focus/defocus feature (which is outrageously useful) and this extra is just the icing on the cake.

Wow! It hasn't been that long since Alexander Kilcoyne brought the Focus feature to my attention, and now this? Awesome work! I suspect I'll be using this practically daily. Thank you Gary and team!

Perhaps we need a tips and tricks sticky thread for navigating the message boards?
