Ok I have a few questions, and this time no answers..;)
First Question..
Are Alchemical Cartridges authorized in PFS Play? Specifically Flare Cartridge & Paper Cartridge since those are the only ones that can be shot from a authorized gun.
For the Gunsmithing Feat in the Additional Resources it states the following
Only gunslingers may take the Gunsmithing feat, with the following changes: crafting firearms is not allowed, and instead of crafting ammunition, they are considered to purchase mundane bullets, black powder, and paper cartridges at 10% of their normal prices. In order to gain the benefit of this feat, a gunslinger must purchase a gunsmith’s kit. Ammunition gained in such a way can only be resold for half its discounted price.
What does this mean for say Special Material bullets? Does mundane exclude those from the 10% discount?

They may be purchased, but must be bought at full price; the 10% discount is only for the types of ammunition mentioned specifically.
Thanks Mark, especially at 1 am your time!

I just noticed a Change in the wording in the Additional Resources.
Now it says.
Rather, it allows the purchase of bullets, pellets, black powder, and alchemical cartridges (with 1 rank in Craft [alchemy]) at the listed reduced price, but does not grant a discount on the purchase of any firearm.
So does that mean I get the Discount for all bullets and alchemical cartridges Now? To include things Like Silver Bullets and Other alchemical cartridges other then just paper?

Gunsmithing does not grant the ability to craft firearms, ammunition, or black powder. Rather, it allows the purchase of bullets, pellets, black powder, and alchemical cartridges (with 1 rank in Craft [alchemy]) at the listed reduced price, but does not grant a discount on the purchase of any firearm. Resold items gained through this feat are worth half the actual cost paid, not half the regular market value for the item. No PC can purchase a gun without this feat, even if they possess the Amateur Gunslinger or Exotic Weapon Proficiency (firearm) feats.
Advanced firearms on Table 3–5 are not permitted in Pathfinder Society Organized Play.
All ammunition except metal cartridges may be purchased in Pathfinder Society Organized Play.
Crafting Ammunition: You can craft bullets, pellets, and
black powder for a cost in raw materials equal to 10% of the
price. If you have at least 1 rank in Craft (alchemy), you can
craft alchemical cartridges for a cost in raw materials equal
to half the price of the cartridge.
So, for most of them, I would say yes, but some might not get the full discount.
Adamantine bullets should probably cost 60.1 gp, since I wouldn't think you should get the discount on the adamantine cost... Similarly for the silvered. Cold iron, I would be confused by, sinceit is a simple multiplication, but still be handled in confusing ways.

Not getting a Discount on some is not in the Rules, though it could be the case of a restriction of a GM in a Home Game.
Until I hear otherwise I am going to run this as rules as written in the Additional Resources and UC as getting the discount for all Bullets and Cartridges.
