Ok maybe I keep missing it, but how does one damage the Piper of Illmarsh? Also it seems he has no weaknesses, unlike the other haunts.

Zap him with positive energy if you have a Cleric.

Otherwise, find his flute in the hidden storeroom (SE corner of first floor) and play it in front of him. Blows him up.

No in the item description playing the flute actually damages him.

"In addition, each round the music persists while in the area of effect of the Piper’s haunt at area T4, the music deals 1d6 points of
damage to the haunt."
Was right @ the end on the other page. Failed my Reading Check :)
