Something odd happened when I went to look for The Globe Magazine It came up with this denial of access message

Any way around Denial of access to a Website?

Use a public proxy server
just one of many public proxy server sites.

Use a proxy server, ideally, in the country you are trying to get content from. Any of the US based proxy servers should get you access to Globe.

Big Caveat: Proxy servers are own by other people and they see all the traffic that passes through them, make no assumptions of privacy :)

Were you at work? Just remember that if you bypass thier blockade, you may suffer the consequences for such action if they detect your traffic.

Ya that's true too.

In this case though, it was blocked with the same message for me (I'm in Canada, at home) until I proxied from the USA.
