I'm assuming you're talking about the PRC that showed up in AP #14. Since Pathfinder #14 isn't included on the list here, the answer is unfortunately, a no.

It's a wee bit a shame. The class lends itself nicely to an Andoran character.

Unfortunately, it was written for the 3.5 rules and was only 3 levels... almost an experimental Prestige Class, looking at the format.
