Hi there folks,

I just ordered an item and selected "ship with my next regular subscription shipment." In the list of shipments that followed, the first option seemed to be mid-June for AP46.

I have a notice for a subscription shipment to leave "by Friday, May 13" for AP45. (Order number #1687854). I was wondering if it might be possible to include the new purchase with that subscription shipment instead. If this means delaying AP45, I'm okay with that.

Also, if this isn't possible, then I'll survive another month. :)

When we do subscriptions we do them in really large batches. When you get that email, it means that we've processed your subscription past the point of making changes to it and its going into one of the large batches of packages which will be picked up by Friday, May 13th.

If you'd like to ship the items in your sidecart sooner than June's subscription, just visit your My Account page and select "Ship as soon a possible" in the sidecart box (lower right of the page). Clicking that button will take you to an order confirmation page so you can review and confirm the billing and shipping information.

No problem at all. Thanks for the clarification; I can wait until the June shipment goes out.
