This is from the Ask James Jacobs thread. Didn't want to derail it with the follow-up questions:
Where would you see a family/Clan of Half-Orcs settling peacefully (relatively, perhaps, would be the best term for this >_>) within Golarion outside of the oblivion-seeking Orcish territories? Areas where they can focus their natural aggression without coming into conflict with their neighbours seems to suggest a more down-to-earth lifestyle, such as farming, logging, fishing or other labor-heavy occupations where their natural aggression can be safely focused into productive lifestyles.
One of the islands in the Ironbound Archipelago; forget which one, but there's some non-agro half orcs living there.
Does anyone know what island fits this description?
The Steaming Sea section of the Inner Sea Guide doesn't turn up anything specific about anyone living in the Ironbound Archipelago beyond Mordant elves, gnomes, and Ulfen humans, though there are a number of named islands on the map that aren't covered in the text.
I've scoured Orcs of Golarion for any hint of an orc/half-orc settlement/culture along those lines several times over, so I know it's definitely not mentioned there.
Was it mentioned in a PFS scenario, perhaps? Somewhere else?

Until Land of the Linnorm Kingdoms is out later this year, the number of people who know more about this will remain small. At this point, it's only me and the author of that part of the book.
