I'm scouting out Mother's Day gift suggestions for my wife, Marie Small, RPG Superstar Top 16 this year.
This is the first year where gaming items have been a gift option for her (the whole Superstar experience really boosted her creative confidence).
We already have all of the hardcovers in the Pathfinder RPG line as well as a fair number of modules, chronicles, campaign setting, and other stuff. I'm looking for something truly awesome and inspiring, from Paizo, or a Pathfinder 3rd party publisher.
Suggestions?

Oh that's sweet!
As I don't know what Paizo stuff you do or do not have already I am just going to recommend some 3rd party stuff.
Personally I love the old school style adventurs from FrogGod Games. One of their new adventures is Vengeance of the Longserpent from their Northlands Saga.
I think that will go nicely with Open Design's Midgard, which is now available for purchase. I highly recommend this based on their work Sunken Empires, which was excellent.
Other third party stuff that might be useful and is well written includes Rite Publishing's #30 series. What I have seen so far is very good. Actually, anything written by T.H. Gulliver and Jonathan McAnulty is excellent.
Those are just a few suggestions, good luck finding just the right gift!

Super Genius Games recently announced The All Genius Pass - a cool option to get a subscription to Dungeon-a-Day plus all the Super Genius products for a year.
Great gift idea!
You also can't go wrong with a subscription to Kobold Quarterly Magazine!

I would go for something like an expensive jewel dice set. They have dice made of precious stones that are pretty nice.
A customized gamer bag would also be cool. Think gamer's purse.
Who is her favorite game writer? Buy her a signed book by them. (If possible!)
Buy her a nice non-game related gift but design her a dungeon just for her. Put the gift in a cool treasure chest like box. Then have her roll up a character that best represents her. Run her through the dungeon and have the gift be the end prize. Bonus if you fill the dungeon with things that are meaningful to her and your marriage.
Buy a d20 that is as close to her favorite die. Take it to a jeweler and have her favorite stone set in the 20 space. Have the die made into a necklace. I did something like this as a class project once. It was pretty cool.
EDIT: I read you entire post after I posted this... Sorry my suggestions are not products from Paizo or a 3PP.
