A cleric spell I'd like to see...

Liberty's Edge

Wouldn't it be cool if the cleric could cause a small rainstorm of holy water? I envision a sort of combination of the Create Water and Bless Water spells. I am sure this would be at least a third-level spell, and might cover a 10'x10' square. I think it would have to be short range.

Liberty's Edge

3.5 Anarchic storm (and different versions for the other alignments), in the Spell compendium.

Very powerful in the right condition. Excessive even.

Dark Archive

I made a cloud of holy mist spell here, but the holy rainstorm is also a fairly common theme. I'm pretty sure I saw something to that effect in 2nd edition (based off of the Cloudburst spell that showed up in the original Unearthed Arcana, IIRC), but I don't recall seeing it again in 3rd edition.

Edit: Just looked up Anarchic Storm, and yeah, that's pretty much the stuff, although it's level 3, does more damage than normal holy water, and randomly hits something in it's area with a lightning bolt each round, so it's definitely more powerful than a bog-standard 'rain of holy water' spell!
