Does anyone know where to find a good download of random character traits and flaws i.e advantages and disadvantages?
I saw one that a group I played in a few years ago that they used in 3.5. I have no contact with that group and was wondering if anyone knew of a good one.
I am not refering to the traits in the back of APG
You might check out Player's Options: Flaws from 4 Winds Games
It doesn't have advantages, but you do get a bonus feat or skill points in exchange for taking a flaw.

Tome of Secrets has some flaws, among the legion of other things in it.
The entire "Flaw" concept started in 3.5's Unearthed Arcana.
There are some GREAT Flaws in Green Ronin's Skull and Bones suppliment (as ill fortunes), and the set in the d20 Game of Thrones book are probably the best take on it I've ever seen... although I wouldn't put it past 4WFG's to top it, considering their usual high standards. (Holding off until May to buy this one, what with Northlands taking me by surprise.)
