A feat to change One Handed Melee and Simple weapons as light weapons

I think this could be a POTENTIALLY useful feat...

So in effect a Longsword/Club/Battleax etc could be treated as a light (not finesable) weapon... this would result in benefits for two weapon fighting.

So, a) does this feat actually already exist? b) Is it a good feat and c) should it be directed to an individual weapon?
