Listen to it in it's entirety, until the cursed refrain has a chance to burn itself into your brain. Then later, when you think it is over, it will pop into your conscious emerging from some dark corner it colonized when you were exposed.
Or just as terribly if you flip through radio channels in the US you may encounter it on certain stations, whereupon the effect will start all over again.
