I'm a terrible artist so I don't want to draw these, and I'd like something a bit more visually interesting than a skull or something vague, but anybody know of a good resource for dead bodies, something I can print on construction paper and cut out, Hopefully with medium and large sized bodies?

You could scan and use the dead human bodies from WoTC's "Caves of Carnage" dungeon tiles, I think it's the kind of art you are looking for.

You could also google images for dead body (chalk) outlines, icons, or clip art
You could print and cut out pics of casualty miniatures, like these:

(these links also assume a typical fantasy/medieval game... if you want ancient Greeks or more modern casualties, just search their site for "casualties")

You will find several dead bodies here
These are png files that can easily be made into tokens. Search for dead and you will find even more. Sewarching for blood and [weapons] will get you stuff to enhance the tokens.
