My husband and I run a public weekly gaming night at the university. Currently we are using the LFR campaign, and are now looking to expand our gaming venue.
If we were to purchase Pathfinder adventures through Paizo, can we run them at more than one table and rerun them at a later date if desired. Would we also be able to share the modules with our other volunteer DMs?
We are planning a con for the summer, and would like to know if there would be any complications in using Pathfinder modules.
I was unable to find this information on your site, and would appreciate either being pointed to where I can find it, or informed here.
Thank-you
Carrie

If you're talking about Pathfinder Society Scenarios, they're designed to be run in game stores and at conventions, so you can run them when and wherever you want. You may distribute printouts of the scenarios to volunteer GMs, but may not distribute the digital files; if a GM wants her own copy of the adventure, she'll need to purchase it herself.

I would suggest checking out the Pathfinder Society, Paizo's organized play campaign.
Information on it is found by clicking on the logo to the left. Currently there are over 70 4-hour scenarios available to run at things like conventions.
You might also contact your local co-ordinator (Venture-Captain) for assistance in setting up your convention.
But in general, there are no restrictions on re-running. You can duplicate things for personal use, but I think you would be going beyond that if you copied a module for more than one GM to run simultaneously.
Opinions of a fellow poster (and Venture-Captain).
EDIT: who was ninja'ed by Mark.

Thank-you, I was hoping this to be the case.

What you're saying is we need to purchase a mod for each table we run during our gaming night? This could be two, three, or more mods depending on the popularity of Pathfinder in our area. The university doesn't charge us for the rooms, and as a result we cannot collect any money from our players. Hence, this would become an unbearable expense for us.
I do appreciate the information, as this is why I'm seeking it before we run any games. We have played it at a friends, and it is a good campaign. Now we just need to check on the legalities of doing so publicly.

Are you talking about the Society org play scenarios? Or the hardcopy modules or adventure paths?
Mark's answer is the official one for organized play. He is one of the head honchos for that program.
Actual modules could also be run, but are much longer. I imagine that you could use the same guidelines, but that should be answered by someone like Vic.
I think that the main concern would be that you not make copies and freely distribute things: whether copies of a scenario pdf, or photocopies of a published work.
Where are you located? As I said, a local volunteer may be able to help you with any Society questions/issues.

Yes, I was looking at the organized play modules. It looks like I was asleep last night when reading the responses, as I should have picked up on that in Mark's message. Thank-you Rambler, and you too Mark for all the help that you've given.
