Hi,

I have not received this order "Paizo Order #1647118". It´s the biggest order I have bought. I changed the method of shipment and It´s the first time that one of my orders is delayed.

What do I do in this case?

This order was shipped on March 14 with 6-10 business days estimate for delivery which would have been Monday. While it is later than the estimate, it is not yet so late that we should worry. often "missing" packages show up within about two weeks of the initial estimate as just delayed.

Additionally, check with your local customs office. Since this package is larger than previous, it may have been caught in customs.

Hi,

I called to the Post Office in Quito. They told me I need a code to track it. The code is composed by 2 letters, 8 numbers and 2 letters more. But, I don´t have it.

I know you told me I have to wait two weeks, so I´m waiting. But, I was wondering if you have this code.
