Need a bridge adventure for 8th level

Can anyone recommend an 8th-9th level adventure to bridge some characters who have lagged behind the advancement track after Varnhold Vanishing and before Blood for Blood?

Plop "Fort Rennick" anywhere in the eastern map, boom, ogres + a potential new base in the hills.

Fellnight Queen Pathfinder Module is for 7th to 8th.

That one ties in w/ the River Kingdoms nicely as well.

Yes. I ditched some elements of Rivers Run Red in favour of Realm of the Fellnight Queen. Seemed an obvious fit and segues nicely into the Spriggans in Varnhold Vanishing.

I'll also throw Conquest of the Bloodsworn Vale into the mix: it's slightly below the level range you were hoping for (but just throw advanced templates on everything) but it ties perfectly from a thematic point of view. It's what I'm doing in my campaign for the PCs to establish the road to Mivon.

It took quite a bit of work, but I ran Carnival of Tears between VV and BfB. Setting that adventure in the capital city and populating it with all the NPCs in the kingdom was a fist full of awesome.

I ran Carnival of Tears during Rivers Run Red. Did the same, set it in the capital city during the winter and had a good time of it!
