So, we are discussing getting our party together for Carrion Crown. Here is the party so far:
Human Alchemist (mad scientist in lab coat)
Dhampir Inquistor of Pharasma(Van Helsing/Vampire Hunter D/Solomon Kane)
Human Oracle (hunchback like Igor)
Changeling Witch
My question is.........wouldn't the Inquistor burn the witch at the stake in Ustalav? (and there's no denying what she is- she doesn't try and pretend to be another class...)
How can i have such a party get along or should we just take the simple way out and ditch the witch for something like a Paladin?

This isnt the spanish inquisition, witches arent anti religious, pharasma doesnt hate arcane magic.
Inquisitors hunt down heretics of their own religion, monsters and enemies of their faith, they are not 'witch hunters' per se.
You are confusing the term 'witch' and 'inquisition' with RL terms.
We will have an inquisitor and a witch on our party for carrion crown

My question is.........wouldn't the Inquistor burn the witch at the stake in Ustalav?
Short answer: No.
Longer answer: Magic is a reality in Golarion, the world's full of it, and deciding to deny or outright hunt it would be like like crusading against air. So if you're worried about inquisitors hunting magic-users, that's not a crusade any overarching religion endorses.
Alternatively, if you're concerned about inquisitors hunting witches because they're "evil," that's also not a widely held view - even in Ustalav. The Carrion Crown Player's Guide discussion on witches gives the typical Ustalavic view of this class - being rural healers and spiritual leaders. Joe villager likely will never be able to tell the difference between a witch, a wizard, a sorcerer, an oracle, or a bard anyway, so there's no reason for the populace of Ustalav to be any more wary of witches than any other class.
Alternatively, if you're concerned about the line in the inquisitor write-up in the Carrion Crown Player's Guide that refers to an ever-growing sect of Pharasmin inquisitors that conduct "witch" burnings, a bit of clarification. First, this is a reference to the Pharasmin Penitence, a group of Ustalavic hardliners who - especially in conservative Barstoi - have members who hunt evil magic-users as intruders in the providence of the divine. In this case "witch" is used to evoke images of Salem witch-trial-esque crusades, it's not meant to mean servants of this group hunt down just characters of the witch class. More details on the Pharasmin Penitence will appear in Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Rule of Fear.
So, how do you have your inquisitor and witch get along? Ask your inquisitor not to be of the intolerant sub-group of Pharasma's church built to allow for witch-burning villains.

I would have a read at the CC Players guide. It answers a few of your questions.
It shouldn't be a problem if you keep a rein on player personalities, and make them adhere to the central reason for being in Ravengro, as associates and friends of Dr. Lorrimor. If your inquisitor was that kind of fanatic, Dr. Lorrimor would probably never have associated with him any more than necessary and not included him in his last will and testament.
Witches are also regarded as something of a necessity in Ustalav, especially in areas with a lot of Kellid.
As an inquisitor of Pharasma, his primary concerns are going to be undead, and the practice of necromancy. That said, some of the Pharasma's inquisitors, in Ustalav, are zealots who burn arcane spellcasters as "witches." It is noted that they are pretty much a minority, but a growing minority. As a dhampyr, your inquisitor should probably be afraid of them...after all he would be a walking blasphemy in their eyes, being half-dead, and strongly negative energy aligned. They might tolerate him, if they absolutely had to, but they would also probably be watching his every move for some kind of mis-step that would allow them to tie him to a tree and set him on fire.

As it might come up, you might want to check out some of my long-winded thoughts on how the Church of Pharasma can and do get along with dhampirs over here.

My concern was this line straight out of the Players Guide: An
ever-growing sect of Pharasmin inquisitors maintainthe puritanical belief that suffering is a punishment for
the people’s misdeeds. These zealots frequently instigate
witch burnings and are very suspicious of the arcane arts.
But thankfully F. Wesley Schneider has help clarify this to me :)

Ask the two players to tie their backgrounds together. Perhaps they have partnered together to help each other overcome their curses (his craving for blood and her battle with becoming a hag).
I've always found that the best way to solve potential pc conflicts is to address them early out of character and allow the players to come up with an in-character resolution.
If the player of the inquisitor refuses to budge, he's the problem -- not the witch. His lack of flexibility may make things very difficult for the entire party as the campaign progresses.
