Pathfinder Campaign setting vs. the Gazetteer

Allright, i managed to find a copy of the Gazateer. Looking through it, i noticed that it had a list of every single one one Golarion's countries. However, does it have any different content from the Pathfinder Campaign setting? I noticed how thin it was, and that kind of puts me off, but it also depends on how much has changed.

Think of the Inner Sea World Guide as a 320 page version of the Gazetteer—not much fundamentally changed, really, but there's just five times as much content.

The Gazetteer is a great way to get a taste of Golarion. The Inner Sea World Guide is when you want to dive in and get a lot more detail, along with some rules content as well (there's not relaly ANY rules content in the Gazetteer at all).
