When reading the encounter at the town hall, it references the map on page 18 as showing the 5 squares where the fire starts. I can not find any marks on the map to show these locations. Are they missing from the map or am I missing them. Thanks for you help.
Those marks got left off accidentally. Simply go ahead and start the fires in any five squares you wish—the closer to the PCs you start these, the easier the encounter. This lets you adjust the encounter a lot easier to make it easier or harder.
