Wondrous item, Gunslinger Belt

Homebrew and House Rules

Looking at the efficient quiver I think there should be a gunslinger equivalent to it. To that end I thought about combining the quiver with a magical scabbard for the guns.

I would like to try and make sure the item is balanced, I am not sure about the cost. I planned the belt to work with the Gunslinger Initiative deed for the purposes of a dual wielder getting out both one handed firearms.

add in unseen servant so the holsters reload the gun

I am not sure how to calculate that in, would it just be an add in or should the gold value change as well? It is a good idea, but maybe for a different Wondrous Item?

why have a different item, why not have the holsters reload?

I made a gun mage with the alchemist as it's base and have spagyric devices in lieu of extracts, and I have an unseen servant device that auto loads stored pistols.
I also have quick draw and weapon juggle, so i draw, fire and reholster, by the time i get back to those weapons, they are reloaded.
