I want to subscribe to the Adveture Path to get Carrion Crown, but I wanted to know how the money was drafted from the account. We tend to get really low in the bank account some weeks, and I would hate to have 30 bucks left to make it to payday and then get 20 drafted for the AP. Is there a set date the money comes out each month that I can plan on, or is it a random date when they just happen to ship it each month. Thanks for the help.

About a week before the product ships they put a pending order in. They don't take the money out, but they do put in a pending amount when the products are about to ship. If you don't have enough in the bank they will I think contact you and inform you your order won't be processed.(don't know for sure hasn't happened to me yet) Then when the books actually ship is when they actually charge your account. The time is indeed random, it is done when your order ships. But most months it is around the middle of the month.
All I can suggest is do what we do. Look at the Product Schedule and do the math for the cost of the order and add 10 bucks or so to cover tax and shipping and make sure you just leave it in there always. It can be tough to budget, I get that. We just went cheap on a few things for a couple of months and then was able to leave a certain amount in the bank always. Mostly it is used to always cover Paizo orders.

Thank you! What do I need to do to start my subscription?
Just click on the adventure path link to the left in the Links box. then Scroll down just over half way down the page and their is a subscription option. Click the Add to Cart button and then check out. It will ask you which AP you want to start with. You can start with the current one or the one before. So you should be able to start with the first Carrion Crown one or the last of the Serpent Skull.

Woo-Hoo! I just subscribed! Now I can't wait to get my first book. Should I be expecting this around the middle of March?
I got my email yesterday that it would be shipping this coming week. So you should get a email to that effect yourself sometime next week and likely your book will go out late next week. Since with you just ordering you will likely be at or near the back of the order. Which means you will get the PDF then and after that depending on where you live, you can expect 3-8 days shipping before the book arrives.
Just a note I don't know exact times, I am guessing from personal experience and what I have seen others say about their orders on times.
A potentially helpful hint, if you're worried about a draft hitting at the wrong time:
Get yourself a rechargeable/prepaid credit card.
