Is copying and pasting 'player info' from the pfsrd online to create a sort of players guide/info pack illegal if it is only for my own use to be used privately and for no financial gain?

EDIT: if it is i'll just have to persaude my players to buy their own copies of the core rulebook :)

AFAIK, personal use is fine. You can also point them to the Pathfinder Reference Document as well, or the $9.99 hyperlinked PDF version of the Core Rulebook.
