Hello I made this order on the 21 Feb. I have heard nothing about this order. no email either confirming or pending. I see on my account page that it says that EVERYTHING I ordered is pending.
Seriously, you can't send me an email on the status of an order?
If you cannot fill my order I would appreciate an email describing the situation as to why.
I would hope that you can email on this order either letting me know that its on its way or explaining to me as to why its not. otherwise I will ask that you cancel this order and send me an email letting me know that you have done so.

Your order was submitted February 21, 2011 with your check-out page and order confirmation email both saying: Should ship from our warehouse within 7 to 16 business days.
Today is the 6th business day and we are preparing to ship your order this afternoon.
If you still want it cancelled, please let me know asap.
