I did kind of figure that. ;) =)

By the way I have been back for 2 hrs. just nothing to do tell the others post.

Also, what is the lighting outside? Overcast? Clear night sky? Just wondering.

Chess board is fine, I have also used google docs before with a shared document.

i wish i could .... how do you fill about the chess board ? while we wait

female Chelexian Fetchling bard 1

stealth check

1d20 + 13 ⇒ (6) + 13 = 19

*acrobatics* check

1d20 + 13 ⇒ (13) + 13 = 26

perception check

1d20 + 9 ⇒ (19) + 9 = 28

Umbriere makes a fairly quiet yet successful jump through the window. and she blends into the shadows fairly well. but before she does so, she will grab her scorpion whip. her movement was fairly silent and the darkness was obscuring her appearance fairly well. as she was moving, she had confidence that she noticed the hiding assassins.

i just love versatile performance. 3 maxed out skills for the price of one.

Just so you know what it does to them.

Also Read Above

A cloud of golden particles covers everyone and everything in the area, causing creatures to become blinded and visibly outlining invisible things for the duration of the spell. All within the area are covered by the dust, which cannot be removed and continues to sparkle until it fades. Each round at the end of their turn blinded creatures may attempt new saving throws to end the blindness effect.

Any creature covered by the dust takes a –40 penalty on Stealth checks.

& they should all get a Will Save, not just one save for them all.

Can they run if they are blind?

Do they half to make balance checks?

you can there are 3 short "human like" figurs about 50 ahead of you you can see them well enough as they stumble throw the woods

I cannot post from work, and only at home around this hour. Will soon post Simona's actions

Also i'ld suggest using Maptool for combat

how do we use maptool?

Maptools is good, but a bit of a learning curve.

*By the way they can move, but only at half speed.

Blinded: The creature cannot see. It takes a –2 penalty to Armor Class, loses its Dexterity bonus to AC (if any), and takes a –4 penalty on most Strength- and Dexterity-based skill checks and on opposed Perception skill checks. All checks and activities that rely on vision (such as reading and Perception checks based on sight) automatically fail. All opponents are considered to have total concealment (50% miss chance) against the blinded character. Blind creatures must make a DC 10 Acrobatics skill check to move faster than half speed. Creatures that fail this check fall prone. Characters who remain blinded for a long time grow accustomed to these drawbacks and can overcome some of them.

they are you started your round with them at 40 then it was their turn half of 20 is 10 but they take a double move wile trying to stealth so now there 50' away

They are trying to stealth while blind and shinning. Do I need to make a will save not to start laughing?

Sœkja Brjóta wrote:

ref not to fall

Simona was awaken by a pillow thrown in her face, then fighting noise, shouts, broken windows and more finished the job.A few seconds later she was almost on her feet, searching for Umbriere and Soekja and realized that her companion just jumped out of the window.
And that she was only wearing two very tiny bits of linen strappings who made everything evident.
"F**K, alone and naked and under attack" she thought.

Having no time to recover her clothes and armor from the magic bag and to wear them, she casts what spell she has to protect herself, then take on the bag and the blade and makes a rush for the exit.

Standard action:casts Shield on herself (current AC 18)
Move action: takes her equip and rushes for the exit

Of course she must untie the door before

Reflex 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15 to catch him self from rolling over laughing.

I would like to be in an equally funny situation :-(

@ Simona Sorry "Justice" CALLS!!!!

Initiates is now
Sœkja
bad guys
Umbriere
Xane
Simona

and if you all would like to use the maptool thing if you could post how i set it up because i would like to use some kinda grid

Move 30

Cast Ray of Frost on the one farthest away.

1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 121d3 ⇒ 12d6 ⇒ (2, 1) = 3 Cold then Sneak Attack resp.

Also saying in undercommon. "Picked the wrong day to pop out of your hole eh Rabbit!"

hit
the one you hit turns and throws a bomb beteewn you and him self, it macks a large haze 10feet in front of you no longer hiding it moves 10 the other 2 move 20 feet

I'ld like to use Maptool, it is very useful for visual combat reference, and uses grids and coordinates as well

Start by DL it, if you already haven't;also, i wrote a bit of info in OOC thread

How is he able to throw the smoke bomb if he is blind? Couldn't he aim behind himself and throw it off to the right or left?

even if he mist it would only by 5 feet in any one way wich would still be between you and him he just lobed it over his shoulder. also i needs map arg

female Chelexian Fetchling bard 1

Umbriere will silently pursue the "Rabbits" As Soekja put it. her scorpion whip in her left hand. she will double move at half speed to maintain optimum stealth. with a playful smirk of childish glee upon her face. using the fastest and quietest route possible. she was obviously invigorated by the darkness of the night.

stealth check for the current round

1d20 + 13 ⇒ (18) + 13 = 31

Once outside the room,if she is still undisturbed Simona will also cast Expeditious Retreat on herself, then will double move as well.If enemies are met, she will fight defensively

ok ni have a map i want to use how do i make it so every opne can see it ? and all soo how do we make it if we can?

ok Umbriere that puts you 10' behind Sœkja
and 30' away from the close bad guy
1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19 and i will gauss every well hidden
Simona i will say that puts you on line with Sœkja

They take a -40 on stealth

Usually Photobucket or Google Docs are used to link images or maps

Does Simona manage to cast Expeditious Retreat and to join her party?

Sœkja Brjóta wrote:

You can always link it with the URL BBCode of this boards

Maybe we should use OOC thread for players chat,so not to spam with too much posts not related to the game this thread

HP 36 / 59,AC 18, Perc:+6,Init:+2,Fort:+6,Ref:+2,Wil:+0,

Seeing the mayhem erupting outside, Xane sighs. She shifts her ring upon her finger to be sitting upon the middle joint then simply 'flips' out the window to hang from the window sill.

Climb Check:1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24

Then, letting go with her 'ring' hand, she puts said ring finger into her mouth and 'takes off' said ring.

Growing to her full size of 12' feet tall, she simply drops the measly 6' to the ground and lands with a weighty 'thump'. Turning she stands to peer over the maze.

"Told you not to make me come down here!" The giantess calls.

Perception:1d20 + 6 ⇒ (15) + 6 = 21(Plus any bonuses perhaps for her 'hight' advantage)

"Give up now little ones. Don't make me chase you."

Intimidate:1d20 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 = 21(Unskilled, again plus any bonuses for 'height' advantage)

Boo-YAH! Fee! Fie! Foe! FUM! =)

{ooc]Next move when it is my turn.[/ooc]

Move 30 ft closer steering clear of being next to anyone.

Cast Scorching Ray on whichever one is in the front.

Ranged Touch 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22

Versatile Evocation (Su): changed from Fire - Cold Damage 4d6 + 1 ⇒ (4, 1, 2, 5) + 1 = 13

Sneak Attack Damage 2d6 + 0 ⇒ (5, 1) + 0 = 6

In Draconic "Should we keep any of them alive"

HP 36 / 59,AC 18, Perc:+6,Init:+2,Fort:+6,Ref:+2,Wil:+0,

Seeing the parties return fire power, Xane moves quickly to take charge of those that seem cowed by her intimidation.

So, a move action to get to them and see them both impressed and protected.

I lost counting of rounds, we should use some way to keep order of rounds. When can Simona act?

HP 36 / 59,AC 18, Perc:+6,Init:+2,Fort:+6,Ref:+2,Wil:+0,

I think we're into Round 2. Not sure and am willing to be corrected.

Simona shouts in common
"Where all of you running? We don't know where those scums are going, they could be luring us into a trap.We should regroup and prepare ourselves; and i'm not going to fall into a trap almost naked,so please stop chasing them blindly"

Simona Branches wrote:

"Initiates is now

Sœkja
bad guys
Umbriere
Xane
Simona"
The initiative wasmade up by who was woke up first this is round 3 the first round the bad guys blinded from now on I will post the round numbers at the start of each round

Xane you are out of moves when you climbed out the window and made the other skill check

Simona you cast you spell and made you moves after Xane

round 4
it is now Sœkja turn plea
se tell me how you are moving(see above-mentioned)

"Anyone have any tanglefoot bags?" I will say in common.

*In round 3 I cast scorching ray after either moveing through the smoke, or if I had to make some checks to go through the smoke I instead will go around which ever side is easiest to move through and gets me the farthest forward. Then do the casting as above. That is my turn at the TOP of round 3. I should be one 5ft square to the right of the closest bad guy simona is 30 ft behind me. Dont know about the location of the others. It is now the bad guys turn.

When does rough terrain come into effect?

I can put this in the OOC thread if you would prefer. As long as it will be checked there.
