I hope what I ask here will be included in the coming version of the Campaign Setting book, but in case it's not...
Golarion's year is made of 52 7-days weeks, for a total of 364 days a year (+1 leap day once every 8 years). Alright. But this leads me to these questions:
1) If every month has 30 days, 30 * 12 = 360. Where are the 4 remaining days to be put, and how? As "bonus" holidays once every three months (or something like that) that don't count on a week (meaning that they're neither Moonday, Toilday, etc.)? Or something else? And, of course, what about the leap day?
2) Provided the answer for the above question is taken into account, is the 1 Abadius of every year a Moonday (meaning that every given day in each year is the same week-day, which I'd say it's not, judging from some holidays described as "first Sunday of the month")? Or, what week-day is (or was) 1 Abadius 4708 (the current year as written in the book), so that I may count from that day?

This topic is indeed covered in the upcoming hardcover book.
The short version: Golarion's calendar is identical to the Gregorian Calendar.
1) Not every month has 30 days. Some have 31. One (Calistril) has 28. Leap day occurs at the end of Calistril.
2) 1 Abadius is a different day each year.
