Is the errata cumulative? I mean, does the third take into account the first two? Basically, can I print only the most recent update? Or do I have to print them all?

It is but the erratas you see in you downloads is the most current version based on what print of the book you have.

For example for the Core book

v1.2 is for the people that have the first print of the book
v2.1 is for people that have the second print of the book
v3.0 is for people that have the third print of the book

you do not have to download all of them, only the one that matches your print version of the book.
