DESCRIPTION
Often given as token of gratitude by cloud giants, these exquisite gloves grant the wearer the ability to use oversized weapons with ease. The gloves allow the wearer to wield weapons as if the size category was one size smaller. Both gloves must be worn for the magic to be effective.

Pricing ? I was unsure how to price this item. I ball parked it at 12k though. The difference between a small and medium weapon averages about 2 points of damage. So this basically allows for an extra 2 possible damage for the weapons size increase. Is the 12k gp appropriate? Since any weapon gains the benefit and not just one?
Single Weapon Limit ? Would a limit of one weapon seem necessary? I didn't think so due to the TWF feat tax.
Weapon Size: Every weapon has a size category. This designation indicates the size of the creature for which the weapon was designed.
A weapon's size category isn't the same as its size as an object. Instead, a weapon's size category is keyed to the size of the intended wielder. In general, a light weapon is an object two size categories smaller than the wielder, a one-handed weapon is an object one size category smaller than the wielder, and a two-handed weapon is an object of the same size category as the wielder.

The measure of how much effort it takes to use a weapon (whether the weapon is designated as a light, one-handed, or two-handed weapon for a particular wielder) is altered by one step for each size category of difference between the wielder's size and the size of the creature for which the weapon was designed. For example, a Small creature would wield a Medium one-handed weapon as a two-handed weapon. If a weapon's designation would be changed to something other than light, one-handed, or two-handed by this alteration, the creature can't wield the weapon at all.
The gloves allow the wearer to break the rules as described in the last paragraph. Or wield a 2-hand weapon as a 1-hand or a 1-hand weapon as a light weapon.
Oversized Weapon (Ex) A cloud giant can wield Gargantuan weapons without penalty. Most favor the use of immense morningstars.
Cloud giant is a huge creature and gargantuan is the next size category up. So the gloves are trying to replicate this ability.
