Loosely based on the the Tharn from IK. What level adjustment do you think would be appropriate?

+4 Str, +2 Con, –2 Int, –2 Cha: Tharn are hulking beasts, possessing great strength and vigor.
Monstrous Humanoid: Tharn are of the monstrous humanoid creature type.
Medium: Tharn are Medium creatures and have no bonuses or penalties due to their size.
Normal Speed: Tharn have a base speed of 30 feet.
Darkvision: Tharn can see in the dark up to 60 feet.
Animalistic: Tharn are a savage people and find it difficult to relate to other humanoids whose ways are much different than their own. Tharn suffer a –2 penalty on Diplomacy and Sense Motive skill checks. This penalty does not apply when dealing with creatures of the animal type, with which the Tharn have much more in common.
Gore: Tharn have large horns protruding from their heads that they can use to make a gore attack. This a primary natural attack that deals 1d6 points of piercing damage. Tharn are considered proficient with this attack.
Keen Senses: Tharn receive a +2 racial bonus on Perception skill checks.
Thick Skin: Tharn ritually scar their bodies, providing them with a +2 Natural Armor bonus to their AC.
Languages: Common (spoken only) and Giant (spoken only). Tharn with high intelligence scores can choose any of the following: Common (written), Giant (written), Gnoll, Goblin, or Orc.
