I just saw this: the Graveknight is in Adventure Path #26 (The Sixfold Trial). That one should already be in Pathfinder RPG form (rather than 3.5).

Yup; the graveknight is a PFRPG monster in Pathfinder #26. It's also going to have a sample graveknight (it's a template, but the template won't be in this book) in Undead Revisited.
