I am preparing to run Rise of the Rune Lords and thought I'd try to gather/buy specific miniatures from the D&D plastic sets for all of the planned encounters...But, that will be a lot of work to go thru and list all encounters and to find miniatures that are a good match.
Does anybody have a list of all of the encounters and the associated miniatures that may best represent those encounters? I am getting tired of setting out an Orc mini and saying that is really a Centaur.
Help a lazy GM out...

If you click on the "My Wishlists" tab near the top left of the page (directly next to the Shopping Cart tab), it should load the page, and to the right of the little female goblin picture, it should have a link to things that Lisa Steven's (Paizo CEO) used in her RotR game. In there, she has listed which dnd minis she used for each of the main npcs, at least through Burnt Offerings.
That ought to at least get you started.
I did find a minis selling site at one point that let you search for parituclar types, like 'orcs' or 'kobolds', but cant think of what site it was right now.
Another option is just to go to google and search for something like "D&D minis orc" and it will bring up links to online stores, and ebay auctions.
