Has anyone run Kingmaker for an evil party? We've just started. Thusfar I haven't encountered any problems. I've only read through stolen lands and don't see anything that would be an issue. I can anticipate them needing to find some new npcs once the kingdom building starts in the next chapter. Anything else I should anticipate in the following chapters?

It REALLY depends on what type of evil your PCs are playing. If your PCs are the manipulative or controling kind of evil then they may actually do very well (maybe even better that good or nuetral PCs because they are willing to lie and murder to maintain their image). If the PCs are the blow things up or f&@* everyone kind of evil then they will find themselves tearing the kingdom down faster than it can grow.
My biggest advice I would provide is make clear to your PCs what actions that are 'leaving the campaign'. Basically these are actions that make it impossible to continue my campaign without reseting with new PCs. It a good idea for any campaign, but will be critical for running Kingmaker with evil PCs. I found that the best way to keep my PCs on target without railroading them is to give a quick warning that burning down that inn or killing that mayor may lead to 'leaving the campaign' event. It does not necessarily keep them from burning down the inn or killing the mayor, but at least now they start thinking of ways to accomplish the act WITHOUT leaving the campaign (they poison the mayor instead of stabbing him in town square in broad daylight, or first frame someone for the burning down of the inn instead of just sprinkling drawven spirts in the common room of the inn in front everyone and throwing a torch on it).
Finally if you find that your players are frequently trying to leave the campaign then that is a HUGE sign that your players are not well suited to Kingmaker. In 16 sessions of Kingmaker I have less than handful of minor 'leaving the campign' events and no major ones.

psionichamster- Awesome campaign journal. What I have read thusfar is thoroughly enjoyable.
I did some more reading into chapter 2 and think some of my concerns will be easily handled. I was afraid killing off some of the NPC's or losing favor with them would hurt in the long run. Looks like an easy fix with the leadership feat and a few extra homemade npc's. Jhod will likely be murdered. He and the party's cleric of Lamashtu have been sizing eachother up already. I also had a talk with the party's necromancer. I recomended that he exercise some discretion when tries to amass his army of undead minions.
I'm already planning and am really looking forward to the point when I can send NPC parties of adventurers after the group to thwart their evil ways. I can almost guarantee they will desecrate the temple of Erastil, so a band of paladins, clerics, and inquisitors of Erastil will be coming for them.

Half of my one group was Evil in a LN kingdom. No problems and they took good care of their citizens. Campaign on hiatus after finishing part 3 as Frog God Games' Slumbering Tsar looked more interesting.
My other group has a few evil members, and they like to do some nasty stuff at times, but nothing we can't handle. :)
