Hi,

I currently have four items in my cart, but the "place your order" button isn't active.

Now I have the holiday11 discount activated and one of my cart items is the Coliseum Morpheuon Print/PDF bundle, which I suspect is causing the problem.

I realise that I could delete from the cart, but this order is currently hitting a really sweet spot with regards to items I want and (reasonable) postage to Australia, so I'm loath to do that.

I also realise that 3PP PDFs aren't eligable for the holiday discount, but there isn't an option of purchasing Coliseum Morpheuon without a PDF, and the product thread has posts from both Paizo and the publisher saying basically the PDF is free with the print version.

Any solutions?
