Your best bet is to keep checking this forum and post on the various recruitment threads when they crop up. New games start up all the time and mostly fill fast, but so do openings in existing games.
Recruitment varies depending on who is running the game. Some are first come first served, some ask for character concepts and some are looking for a specific role to be filled/replaced.
