First, I'd like to thank you for adding my missing map pack to my last subscription order. Your great customer service is one of the reasons why I love your company.

Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with order #1578712. I received a GameMastery Guide instead of the Advanced Player's Guide. I'm in a bit of a bind with this one, because my best friend's wife asked me to make this order for her so she could give it to him as a Christmas present.

What are my options here?

I've set up a replacement to ship out this afternoon for the APG. I've bumped it up to priority but unfortunately I don't think it will make it by Christmas.
