This order shipped on December 8th with an estimate of 7-11 business days in transit. The 11th business day would have been yesterday. Usually the postal services are very good about being able to deliver within their estimates, but sometimes packages do get delayed. We generally want to give packages a bit longer than their estimates to catch up on any delays they might have experienced. Usually delayed packages show up either at their destination or returned back to us within a week or two of the original estimate.
You may also want to check with your local customs office as occasionally customs holds packages and forgets to notify the recipient.thanks

Sadly still nada and no sign of it at my post office.
We still need to give this order a bit more time to show up. Postal services can sometimes get bogged down over the holidays especially. I promise we won't leave you hanging with a missing shipment, but we really need to give this time to work past any delays. It hasn't been returned to us, but if it does, we will let you know right away.
