OK I have had my preference set for hold for monthly shipment now for a few months but I am still getting multiple packages a month. I received my copy of Bestiary 2 either Friday the 17th or Saturday the 18th but have yet to receive my second package containing my other subscription books.
According to the website info both packages left the warehouse Dec 16th. So I was charged shipping two times 5.22 and 5.51 when the box with the bestiary could have easily fit the other 3 books. So am I doing something wrong and need to change something?

It looks like it had to do with the way we have some of the code set up with the some of the starting items of some subscriptions in some situations (ie corner cases). Once the first issue has been shipped, subsequent volumes should ship in the monthly combination. It looks like there was a total of 3 items that this happened two, one already had the shipping refunded and I've now refunded the shipping charges for the other two. Now that the first volume of these subscriptions have all shipped, the monthly shipment should be on track, so if you notice other problems, please let me know right away.
(Also, after discussing this with the webmaster, we are putting measures in place to make sure this kind of error won't happen again).
