So I have an idea. I am thinking post part 6 that the BBE may well return as a venegful revenant (bends the rules a little but part 6 sets a precendent for undead fey). Her first target - the kingdom of the people responsible for her defeat and failure. She will unleash the greatest of the rough beats spawn upon her enemy - the Tarrasque. I hope to to see the players amass a great army and lead it to confront the rampaging beast and the hordes of rovagug that move before it. Means dropping hints to the beasts presence before hand, and also a means to defeat it. But it could work as a climax to what is a great story.

...the Tarrasque...
I think I like this. In fact, I may swipe it from you. I have players that remember the very first appearance of the Tarrasque back in 1986's Monster Manual II. We've never used him, and this would make a fine cap to the AP.
I think I have to drop a hint, as you suggested, or at least mention Rovagug 3 times before we get there. Perhaps a cell of his worshippers are passing through...looking for something.

I have two “random” kingdom events already set up, well in my mind at least.
1 – Wandering monster encounter. A follow has come into possession of some emkrah seeds (I think that the thing from legacy of fire AP). He has spawned them in an attempt to locate the tarrasque. I king of like the idea that the lesser spawn will be drawn to the greater ones. He sadly is now dead a victim of his own plan(and a corpse easily found by backtracking the trail of carnage left) but the emkrah continue to rampage in a predictable and straight line path – just not sure where to yet.
The second is a little more complex. They have recovered the temple of Erastil in the Narlmarches and even set about providing assistance to improve the site – they may well be seeking toi start a city there in the future. Needless to say this was a golden opportunity for the cult of Rovagug to strike. They have seized the temple and turned it into a bloody tribute to their master. Easy to arrange given the time frames involved in kingdom making. I will use this as a horror/action adventure – great to highlight the danger and brutality of the rough beasts followers. Imagine their faces when they arrive to find a still living priest of Erastil crucified high above the temple entrance…
