Red Riding Hood

Shadow Lodge

It appears the story most of us know is going to be on the big screen soon!

My issue with it so far? You don't get to see the wolf in the trailer!

The Exchange

I was excited about this when I first heard about it.

Now, meh. Obviously aimed at Twilight fans, one of whom, I am not. Still could be worth seeing though. Hell, I admit I enjoyed Blood and Chocolate.

Shadow Lodge

So that's what the movie was! I saw it a few weeks ago and had no idea what it was. I enjoyed the book too.

Silver Crusade

My ideal Red Riding Hood movie has always been about a bloodthirsty, bloodsoaked, killcrazy cloaked werewolf huntress out for vengeance.

Looks like I'm going to have to settle.

Still, Gary Oldman!

I assume you've watched Ginger Snaps?

The third one: Ginger Snaps Back, was my favorite of the three.

Or watch the Red Riding Hood tale from the movie "Trick R' Treat"(2007). Definitely the best take on the tale I have seen.

No wolf?

I didn't see a Grandma either!

Maybe this wolf will do more than just roar and snarl like Twilight wolves.

Damn. Was hoping this thread would be about the Red Riding trilogy. I just watched 1974 and 1980 -- together, they're about the best crime/suspense movie I've seen in the last decade or so.

Scarab Sages

Saw the trailer - looks interesting. Reminded me some of In the Company of Wolves.
