Double report?

I reported my groups last scenrio, but for some reason it says I reported the same game two times. How do you get rid of the extra report?

Has anyone besides me run across this. I have herd of dubble post but it has never happened to me.

I accidentally double entered one a few weeks ago due to extreme lag during the post.

Edit the duplicate and hit the "remove" button on each entry for a player. When there are no players left submit it and it will go away.

Were you trying to report your group playing #41 and #48, or did you just double-report #41? If the former, find session 2 and change it from #41 to #48. Otherwise, what ithuriel said.
