A great place to put NPC conversions as well as any creature conversions in to pathfinder. I am currently working on some.. I will post here too. Please if you post them make sure you put it under a spoiler alert and have the chapter information available for anyone to use.
What do you all think?

Mr Johnson,
Shackled City Adventure Path is 3.5 and there is a certain amount of conversion from there to Pathfinder. 3.5 is also owned by Wizards of the Coast, which means that not all the creatures in SCAP is part of Pathfinder, like the Beholder and Demodands. So yea there is conversions and YES Pathfinder is compatible to 3.5 in some ways, but more like a 4.0 or 3.75 if you will. :)

Sometimes it is not just compatability but just some fun changes.....
For example using the GMG material in the game....
Such as encounter 1 replacing the street thugs assaulting the cleric with the much tougher street thugs from the GMG....
Or making Keygan (NPC) a summoner rather than a wizard
...(making the kidnapped eidolon much better thsn they took my rat!)
Or using the drow PF stats for the skulks.....

I totally agree, if someone wants a certain type NPC that is not available in the SCAP then requesting it here or even seeing the things that others do or have done for their SCAP experience means a lot too. It both inspires and gives us ideas as how to proceed further :)

I will be starting Flood Season this week. I plan to use hero Lab, or just manually stat up the Stormblades this week. Since the PC's are 25 point builds, I was going to do the same for the SBs. I was considering making one Magus (playtest class) but after second thought, it doesn't make much sense.
What are ya'll using for Demodands and the beholder? I just planned on keeping them, but maybe toughening them up a bit.
I used the thugs from the GMG, and they are much toughter. Gave the party a run for their money.

Yes the thugs from the GMG were much better! I used them, although the party did not fight them, I still felt better about the encounter!
I think there was a thread suggesting PF monsters are tougher and a quick way is to add toughness and improved initiative to the creature.....
I will look for it!
Pathfinder conversion guide can also be used free pdf here on paizo!
has a section on monsters!

I have the beholder done in Pathfinder. It actually worked out fairly well. The only thing is that the eye rays are not high enough in DC numbers... So you will have to manually raise them up. BUT I can attach the file here if you would like me to?
Also as far as the Stormblades I can do them as well.. it would not take me long to do in Hero Labs. So Patman if you want me to send you a Hero Labs file for the Stormblades I can too once they are done. I can send them to you as a Stock Hero that you can import from the stock section of Hero Labs :) or I can send it to you as a regular .por file.
Or I can just add them via the spoiler tag here in this thread as a set of stat blocks for each one of them??
Or all of the above hehe. :)
As far as the Demodands I have yet to figure out what to do with them in Pathfinder or just to use something else instead. Anyone else try to Pathfinderize Demodands?

Did you say you did the beholder into PF? I would like to see those conversions.....
Ok having starbrow as an E. to keygan the summoner changed things a bit, only thing was they released the quadraped, and he gave the PC's the information that would have been provided by the mimic, also went no mimic in this area.....
It worked fairly well!
