Best way to find players in an emergency?

What are your thoughts on the best(fastest/most reliable) way to find replacement players for a PFS session?

For example, there's a Pathfinder Society Game that needs 3 players within the next 3 hours! Levels 1-2, total session time: 7 hours. Scenario 51.

I could ask them/possible players to head over to CHAT and speak to SirGuido!

Or I could ask them to head on over to the Pathfinder Society Collective and contact SirGuido there.

..but will it work?

Ideas/thoughts/suggestions to improve the chances of finding players quickly and reliably, like say, within the next 3 hours?
