Sometimes, mummification is a good thing...
It seems to be quite unclear in the wording. Do you get an initial will save against the spell, and one more every turn after the first, or do you always suffer the first round and then get your saves? If the first, the spell is quite nice except that the zombie effect is quite worthless. Why? Because even a reaaally weak-minded or weak opponent (say wis or con 8) will take 8 turns before it dies from the spell! And far before that, they'll be coup de graced. If the zombie lasted indefinitely, it could be a double use spell both for combat and raising, but now the effect's kind of "meh"; and in most cases, the con/wis damage won't do anything since they'll get killed long before they die of that.
If it's the second version, a no-save-paralyzation spell, it's too good.
I like complex spells, at least at high levels, but that could be because I like magic being complex and rarely play at those levels anyway, so I mostly just look at the fluff since when someone casts those spells, it's usually through long rituals and not something that has to be resolved in 6 seconds.
Luck of heroes is fine. Nothing too exciting, but it's fine.
