It depends what you want them for.

Gallery of Evil is a better horror adventure but Curse of the Riven Sky is a better high-level module.

The entire Falcon's Hollow Saga is amazing.

Tower of the Last Baron is excellent.

Beyond the Vault of Souls is, while slightly flawed, an enchanted experience.

The first RPG Superstar entry, "Clash of the Kingslayers" is great fun. Fantastic twist about half way through.

Liberty's Edge

As reviewed on Chronicles: Pathfinder Podcast so far,

Of the stand-alone modules Paizo has released for PFRPG, the "best" would be City of Golden Death, followed by From Shore to Sea as a close runner up.

However, I would suggest that The Six-Fold Trial, as the 2nd Council of Thieves AP installment may be easily converted into a stand-alone module with almost ZERO effort.

At that point, I would have to say that The Six-Fold Trial is the best module Paizo has yet released, bar none. It is, quite frankly, a masterpiece and compares favorably head-to-head with almost any module, for any system, in any genre, at any period of time, since Original Dungeons and Dragons was first released in 1974.

Yes, The Six-Fold Trial really is that good. Arguably, it's the best module ever created. It is, in my opinion, among the top five modules of all time.

Obviously, there is not a great deal of room to give a more favorable an opinion of a module than that.

As for why - that's the subject of Episode #010 of Chronicles: PFPC, due out in the next few days.
