In search of a monk character sheet

I've got a 13th level monk and need a character sheet for it. The character sheet in the back of the core book doesn't work well for monks. The monk needs a substantially larger place to record BAB; base attack, flurry of blows, Medussa's wrath, extra attack from ki point, perfect strike, etc. The character sheet needs more space to record movement; jumping, spider step, tumbling to avoid attacks of opportunity, falling, dimn door, etc. The character sheet needs more space to record defenses; immunities to poison and disease, spell resistance, evasion, etc. Add to that stunning fist effects, ki pool effects (forex. adamantine fist vs. object hardness, etc.).

In short, I need a character sheet for monks. Does anybody know where I can get one?

I sympathize LT. I don't really know where you can find such a sheet.

More and more, I'm feeling like all the character sheets produced waste space with eye-distractions and dead space. When next I get to be a player, I may just type my sheet up in Notepad, so I have only what I need, where I need it.

Download one has a 3 page Monk Sheet in it. Its excellent.
It also has 3 pagers of all the Core Classes.

Download two has 3 pagers for the APG classes.

Download three has a ton of reference sheets, spell sheets, etc.

These guys make great sheets!

They're nice, but don't solve my problem of too much wasted space.

I think I need to make a sheet that has all the information on the front page. At least the crucial information. The less page flipping, the better.

I think the Skills section is the worst part. Lots of wasted area there, especially for 2/level classes.
